Opportunity: Recruiter (Temporary Role)

HHM Hotels is a leading hotel management and investment company with a portfolio of over 240 hotels and resorts spanning North America. The organization takes pride in operating over 50 independent luxury and lifestyle hotels as well as premium branded hotels in urban and resort markets.

We are seeking a creative and experienced Recruiter, to be based out of the HHM Hotels Philadelphia corporate office for coverage of leave of absence (roughly 90-120 days). This role will be pivotal in managing recruitment for crucial roles across our corporate offices and managed hotel properties. While this role is temporary in nature, there is a possibility it can convert into a permanent position.

Your Focus

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop and carry out effective recruitment strategies for hotel and corporate positions.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent.
  • Provide a continuous flow of candidates via relational recruitment tactics, proactive recruiting sourcing, and establishing talent targets.
  • Interview, screen, and make recommendations to move excellent candidates forward in the hiring process while assisting in interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Extend offers and follow e-onboarding steps to move candidates into new hires.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

  • Associate or Bachelors degree required.
  • 4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Previous experience recruiting for a Hotel company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems required, ICIMS strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local employment regulations.

Work Environment and Context

  • Requires sitting for extended periods, use of hands and fingers to operate computers and keyboards.
  • May include occasional travel.
