A Wok II with Conrad Hotels and Resorts assists in the day-to-day operations of the Chinese Kitchen Department. 

What will I be doing? 

  A Wok II with Conrad Hotels and Resorts assists in the day-to-day operations of the Chinese Kitchen

  Department. Specifically, the Stewart will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  - Ensure that the products are in high quality

  - Prepares and cooks hot dishes, perishable food items and all hot sauces

  - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen utensils as well as assigned cooking area.

  - Carries out duties as and when required by the Executive Chinese Chef or Head Wok

  - Follows and enforces the hygiene and safety standard by the Hotel.

  - Food platting for Banquet event.

  - Consistent in cooking method.

A Wok II serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Perfect hygiene standard

- Maintains cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all utensils, small ware and equipment in this section.

- Able to maintain a standard and consistent cooking skill
