The Spa Group Coordinator will be part of the leadership group to serve as a role model and support for the Front Desk Team. Will be involved in all aspects of retail and service scheduling. Responsible for providing guests efficient treatment scheduling assistance. Responsible for onboarding of Spa Attendants. Will execute inventory of retail items and the layout of the retail area. Must be knowledgeable of the retail products within the spa including their ingredients and use.

The General House Attendant will provide guests with an effortless and memorable experience that lets them know they are valued and cared for. This role will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hotel primarily the guest rooms as assigned as well as other areas of the hotel including public spaces back of the house areas and outside spaces of the hotel.

A Housekeeper-Night is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel during the overnight hours. This role is expected to service guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.
