The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guest in the opportunity to become an owner of the finest vacation experience.
Hyatt Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals with experience closing sales and providing customer service to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are currently looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities who are financially motivated to work with guests at Hyatt Vacation Club properties to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Destinations® Program, our points-based ownership product. As a Trial Membership Representative, you will offer guests and potential Owners trial ownerships with specially priced vacation packages.
The Staff Accountant role is part of the Finance and Accounting team, primarily supporting the Resort Operation businesses including, but not limited to non-for profit vacation ownership associations. This position is responsible for the monthly close process and preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations for the Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) division.
Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner efficiently. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales).
Patrols all areas of the property; assists owner/guests with room access. Monitors Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Locks property entrances when required. Conducts daily physical hazard inspections. Responds to accidents, contacts EMS or administers first aid/CPR as required. Assists owner/guests/associates during emergency situations. Notifies appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuses owner/guest/associate disturbances. Calls for outside assistance if necessary. Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents. Handles all interruptions and complaints. Resolves safety hazard situations. Escorts any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Reports to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Calls for assistance using proper code responses. Completes a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintains confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases information only to authorized individuals. Conducts investigations and gathers evidence. Conducts interviews with relevant parties.
The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $17.50 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $27,500 and $72,000.
