The F&B Multi Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operation of assigned QSR and/or Casual Dining units in support of the location Director of Operations. This position is charged with achieving targeted sales, profitability, customer service, and market share goals, while protecting the long-term success and integrity of our business. The F&B Multi Operations Manager is also responsible for managing his/her operations team, and performing other responsibilities as directed by their manager.
Purpose: The Senior Vice President, Operations role is responsible for executing the Chief Operating Officer’s leadership vision for the company within one of the defined geographical regions in North America. The VPO drives Duty Paid Retail and Restaurant excellence through intermediate leaders at all levels, employing exceptional relationships with our landlords and business partners, and industry-leading engagement.
The purpose of the Manager I (MGRI) position is to assist Branch management in tactically executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations. The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards. The MGRI uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions.
