Hilton is looking for a Complex Business Travel Sales Senior Manager to sell 3 properties! We are looking for an experienced individual to sell Hilton San Francisco Union Square, Parc 55, and DoubleTree San Francisco Airport. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator to oversee this important cluster of hotels, able to convey a business plan and strategy and has BTS hotel sales experience. This role will spend time in all the hotels that are represented, and we want someone who is self-motivating, passionate about sales and looking to close business!
An Area Director of Revenue Management with Hilton coordinates Revenue Management processes and procedures for hotels in a designated geographical area to maximize overall room revenue. Manages and maintains group and transient inventory controls; determines, develops, monitors and adjusts sales and pricing strategies; conducts competitive, forecast and demand analyses; and provides critical analysis of chosen strategies, room statistics and general demand factors. Maintains distribution channel data integrity.
Our hotels are located a block from the Curran and ACT theaters, and just two blocks from Union Square and Westfield San Francisco Centre. The Powell Street cable car turnaround, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Moscone Convention Center are within a mile. Our Hiton Union Square property in the largest in the Bay Area with 1921 rooms, over 150,000 square feet of meeting space with 44 meeting rooms. Our Parc 55 property has 1024 room with over 30,000 square feet of meeting space with 21 meeting rooms.
