  The Outlet Supervisor is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. This role directly supervises team members while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Hilton. 

• Outlet Supervisor 餐厅主管-中餐厅 (Food & Beverage)

• Engineering Technician 工程技工 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Engineering Technician cooperates with his / her superior to ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment. This role is responsible for the general work order maintenance work assigned by his / her superior or assisting the Engineering department’s maintenance team in completing other maintenance work. 

• Engineering Supervisor 工程主管-空调 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Engineering Supervisor inspects and assists in the regular maintenance of the Engineering department’s systems as well as execute maintenance requests from the systems. 

• Asst Executive Housekeeper 行政副管家 (Housekeeping)

  An Assistant Executive Housekeeper will assist the Executive Housekeeper in the operation of the Housekeeping department and stand in as the Executive Housekeeper in his / her absence.
