• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  A Front Office Manager supervises the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

• Montador (Catering/Banquet)

  A Banquet Houseperson is responsible for supporting Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring cleanliness of all areas and maintaining equipment.

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  A Guest Service Agent provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

• Coordinador Ama de Llaves (Housekeeping)

  A Housekeeping Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the housekeeping office to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while receiving all incoming calls and managing guest requests.

• Front Office Agent (Guest Services)

  A Front Office Agent provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

• Analista Financiero (Finance/Accounting)

  Maintain control and reconcile the assigned accounts of groups in the hotel as well as local events, have control of contracts of all events as well as carry out reconciliations of advance payments, follow up on any requirement by the finance department.

• Machine Room Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  A Machine Room Technician is responsible for designing, building, installing, and servicing machinery, components, and tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
