• Guest Relations (Guest Services)

  A Guest Relations Team Member engages with our VIP Guests throughout the entire hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Guest Relations Team is always prepared to respond to VIP Guest requests at concierge, during promotional activities, and more.

• Driver (Transportation)

  A Driver provides a transportation service to Guests and visitors as requested, where safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service are always priorities.

• Groups and Events Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  A Groups and Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales Coordinators and the Groups Coordinator working with the Hotel to achieve pre-established goals. Responsible for maximizing sales results Hotel Groups and Events.

• Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  A Sales Manager analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

• General Electrician/Facilities Electrician/Electrical Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  A General Electrician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and controlling costs.

• Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  A Sales Coordinator will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.

• Reservations Manager (Guest Services)

  A Reservations Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations.
