  A Guest Service/Service 360 Concierge Agent provides services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out, including the Communications Room. 

• Demi Chef de Partie (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

• Concierge/Airport Representative (Transportation)

  A Concierge/Airport Representative ensures a high level of customer service in terms of welcoming guests at the airport as well as serving as a key point of contact for VIPS and guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel’s services and the island’s attractions.

• Food and Beverage Director (Food & Beverage)

  A Food and Beverage Director supervises the managers of the specific food and beverage service areas to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Additionally, you will oversee the food and beverage budget and administer the food and beverage marketing program.

• Bellperson/Doorperson (Casual) (Guest Services)

  A Bellman/Doorman provides exceptional customer service to Guests, maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assisting with departures, overseeing delivery and safe keeping of luggage, and providing others services for all Guests.
