An Assistant Cook is responsible for the preparation of salads, fruits, dressings, cold and hot meats, fish items, canapés, cold hors d’oeuvres, appetizers and other cold and hot dishes according to Hilton’s high standards of quality and any other food preparation as directed.
What will I be doing?
A Waiter/ Waitress working for Hilton Aruba greets and seats the guests, serves food and/or beverages, takes orders and delivers all food and/or beverage items to the guest. These tasks should be done in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
An Executive Chef will build a reputation for the hotel by maintaining a talented and creative kitchen brigade, offering an innovation menu, and promising an exceptional culinary experience.
A Bus Person creates 100% Guest satisfaction by assisting in the delivery of food and beverage to restaurant Guests. Sets and clears tables. Stocks all service stations and assists with table service. Clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting. Resets all service ware as prescribed. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations. Serves guest beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience. Transports all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
A Guest Service Representative provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
To act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance and information about local attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction. Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service for the Palm Beach Club’s floor guests. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. Complete Palm Beach Club daily checklists. Promotes hotel services, amenities and up sells products to the guests.
A Restaurant Chef Organizes and participates in the daily operation of the restaurant kitchen area. Manages restaurant cooks and stations to provide exceptional quality and presentation outlet menu items. Maintains sanitation, staff training, and stations to restaurant standards.
A Tradesman 5 (HVAC & Refrigeration Assistant) is responsible to maintain the hotel's customer and heart of house areas in accordance with Hilton standards by performing preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary.
A Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the Hotel; and therefore, must offer an excellent service and influence the Guest decision to stay at the property.
A Front Office Supervisor supervises the activities managed at the hotel front office, including check-in/check-out, Guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities.
A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
A Security Guard (Dispatcher) is responsible for monitoring life safety systems and dispatching Security Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
A Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and controlling costs.
A Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
