  Maintenance Engineers perform an instrumental role in the overall functionality of the hotel facility and system operation.  Engineers tackle routine challenges, preventative maintenance, and respond to guest needs when something isn’t working as it should.  The primary responsibility of a Maintenance Engineer is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, and support of guest and operational needs.

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor is part of the management structure of the Front Office. He or she will aid the other managers in monitoring the daily operations of the hotel by supporting and supervising all front office operations and staff, overseeing hotel availability, room inventory, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

• Bookkeeper (Finance/Accounting)

  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting. Experience in hotel accounting environment, preferably in a unionized hotel preferred. Successful candidate will also have four year college degree in Accounting with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.

• Public Area Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the telephone area, the front desk, and offices) neat and clean. The public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems.

• Hotel Accounting Associate (Finance/Accounting)

  The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the accurate reporting of revenue to ensure that the information is balanced to the general ledger. They will also be responsible for reconciling and billing city ledger accounts.
