• Property Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  The Property Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the property’s operations, often serving as the first point of contact for guests and prospective clients on behalf of the Sales team. This position acts as the primary liaison between the restaurant and the finance team, managing all accounting-related activities. Key responsibilities include supporting restaurant reservations, assisting department heads with tasks such as expense reporting, site inspection coordination, and sales file organization, and ensuring accurate communication of information to the operations team. 

• Events & Banquets Assistant Manager (Meetings/Events)

  The Assistant Event Manager is responsible for efficiently and professionally coordinating the assigned events. Key responsibilities include upselling food and beverage options, supporting clients, the sales team, and banquet staff from start to finish. This involves tasks such as sending proposals and contracts, blocking function spaces, providing cost estimates, collecting payments, and preparing event orders based on client specifications. Additionally, the role includes assisting the banquet team with BEO (Banquet Event Order) preparation to ensure smooth event execution. 

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

• Server Assistant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Discover El Chorro - Arizona's most iconic dining destination for restaurant and banquet experiences! Part of Marc & Rose Hospitality, our purpose is to make space for genuine hospitality and create unforgettable memories in a special workplace with terrific benefits, and a passionate team!

  The Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.  This position and will help creating genuine hospitality and memorable experiences for our dining guests.

• Banquet Set Up (Catering/Banquet)

  Join our amazing banquet team at El Chorro - Arizona's most iconic dining destination for restaurant and banquets! We are hiring an even set-up team player to support our efforts of creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms, food functions and events in accordance with El Chorro’s high standard of quality.
