• Access Control Technician & Locksmith (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Access Control Manager, installs, troubleshoots repairs and maintains the Access Control System, Electronic Key System, Locking Devices, Visitor Management System, and any other hardware related to the same, for the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise.

• Employee Relations Associate (Human Resources)

  Under direct supervision of the Employee Relations Manager, is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures directly and indirectly related to Employee Relations. Assists with the administration of the drug-free workplace drug testing program, including record keeping and provider relations. Extensive interaction with departmental supervisors, managers, team members and public is required.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation on facilities and grounds.

• Multi Media Artist (Sales & Marketing)

  Under direct supervision of the Advertising Manager, designs and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs as well create art and copy layouts for material to be presented by other visual communications media.

  Under direct supervision of the Lead Multi-Media Artist, designs and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs as well as creates art and copy layouts for material to be presented by other visual communications media.

• Poker Assistant Shift Manager (Table Games)

  Under general supervision of the Poker Shift Manager, oversees daily Poker operations.

• Poker Board Representative (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Poker Floor Supervisor, provides a warm friendly immediate greeting to guests. Seats, and sells chips to players.

• Poker Dealer (Table Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Poker Floor Supervisor, deals Poker to guests on assigned shift.

• Refrigeration/Hvac Service Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, ensures efficient operation, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service and repair of commercial refrigerated equipment and kitchen appliances.

• It Audio Visual Engineer (Technology/IT)

  Under direct supervision of the IT Support Manager, responsible for coordinating, tracking, designing, set-up, testing, operation and repair of the Casino’s Audio Visual (A/V) equipment and systems. Delivers the full range of A/V services offered to the Casino’s team members and guests through the exercise of independent judgment and the exercise of discretion.  Troubleshoots technical issues and maintains a working knowledge of various product platforms. Designs and performs new system installs and upgrades to existing systems and components. Additional tasks include system maintenance, documentation, AV sales support and requirements requested by guests or directed by management. 

• It Trainer (Human Resources)

  Under direct supervision of the IT Applications Manager, the IT Trainer’s role is to create and deliver training to end-users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs, efficiently and effectively, in support of business objectives. This individual is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house applications training programs and related courseware.

• Kiosk Drop/Fill Team Member (Finance/Accounting)

  Under direct supervision of the Cage Supervisor, responsible for the drop and fill processes for kiosks, ATMs, and Jackpot machines.

• Kitchen Porter (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for the deep cleaning of the all Kitchen equipment that is operated by natural gas and or electricity.
