• Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:  Practices customer service behaviors, such as listening, initiative, responsiveness, cheerfulness, accommodation, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism  Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure optimum communication between all guests, all shifts, departments, and management  Checks guests in and out in a cheerful, friendly manner, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements and company standards  Ensures accurate processing of charges and completes/balances end of shift reports with full handover to next shift  Operates telephone switchboard professionally and efficiently, receives and transfers calls, takes guest messages thoroughly and accurately, and notifies guests of messages  Observes safe cash handling procedures required by company policy and is responsible for the cash drawer, cash, and credit card information transactions for the shift  Takes and records advance reservations accurately and confirms requests  Maintains a clean and organized lobby and front desk area including restocking coffee and amenities Qualifications:  Experience in other hotels or a comparable service industry dealing with customers  Prior PMS system experience a plus!

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

   Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:  Strip rooms and take soiled linens/terry to the laundry  Make beds per company and brand standards  Clean guest rooms to company and brand standards  Stock guest rooms to company and brand standards  Clean kitchens, equipment, and utensils to company and brand standards  Carries out deep cleaning duties as assigned  Organize and stock supplies on housekeeping carts  Clean hallways, stairs, and other common areas in the vicinity of rooms that have been assigned  Follows key control and security procedures  Reports inventory shortages to the Head Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager Qualifications:  Prior hotel or cleaning experience a plus!

• Assistant General Manager (Operations)

  Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:  Creating a culture of empowerment and team spirit  Assisting the General Manager for implementation and consistency of the company's standards and expectations  Working with Team Members to ensure ongoing training and development for a positive and proactive approach towards all of the property’s guests  Focus on the delivery of Customer Service with a proactive approach and response to guest comments/complaints as required by the brand standard and company policy,  Assisting the General Manager in maintaining employee files  Monitor team member schedules  Assisting in growing market share for the property  Interacting with the General Manager, all key leaders and staff across the hotel as well as corporate office and team Qualifications:  Prior management or supervisory experience in hospitality with transferable skills  Basic accounting and math skills  Prior PMS system experience  Exceptional written and oral communication skills  Proficient computer skills with basic programs and websites 

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

   Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:  Separates linen from terry and shakes to expose any items left behind from guests for submission to Lost & Found  Loads, programs washers and dryers to achieve cost effective and proper cleaning/drying of items in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions  Assists in stripping/picking up linen from rooms/delivery of linen & terry to rooms as requested  Soaks linen & terry as needed for stain removal prior to washing as required  Checks linen & terry daily for wear and tear. Repairs/utilizes/discards worn items as directed  Fold linens and towels as directed, ensuring free of wrinkles, frayed edges, stains, and hair  Cleans bedspreads, blankets, and shower curtains  Cleans lint from dryer daily as instructed and checks for lint under dryer drum with additional cleaning of equipment as required to prevent fire and safety hazards  Keeps laundry area clean, neat, and organized Qualifications:  Prior hotel experience a plus!  Ability to count and help maintain inventory of linen and terry 

• Bistro Server (Food & Beverage)

  Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:  Ensures the breakfast service is set up and maintained by time designated by company/brand policies  Keeps breakfast area clean, neat, and tidy  Organizes, cleans, and stocks food and beverage storage and service areas as needed  Rotates food and beverage and stock items according to expiration date  Ensures all storage, cabinets, pantry areas are clean, organized, and secured throughout and at the end of the working shift  Provides exception guest service with every guest encounter  Maintains inventory and prepares purchase requests for supplies needed, consistent with business levels and budgets prepared by management Qualifications:  Prior food service experience is a plus!  Ability to take and maintain inventory counts  Food safety (ServSafe or similar) is a plus!
