  A Groups, Conference & Events Sales Coordinator is responsible for receiving groups and events in the hotel, serving as an intermediary between the customer and the commercial and operational areas. It is the customer contact at the time this arrives at the hotel with your event, working with the hotel to achieve the set goals.

• Guest Experience Agent (Guest Services)

  A Guest Experience Agent engages with our VIP Guests throughout the entire hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Guest Experience Agent is always prepared to respond to VIP Guest requests at concierge, during promotional activities, and more.

• Front Desk Clerk (Guest Services)

  A Front Desk Clerk provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
