Manages the activities and functions of assigned food outlets. Responsible for managing the budget, staffing, liquor cost, food cost, recycling program, as well the major focus of our Customer Express and Sterling Customer Service Program.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a redemption window. Accurately conduct cash, coin, and ticket transactions and redemption for gaming customers. Prepare applicable paperwork and comply with cash reporting requirements.
Participates in the Count operations including the daily currency drops and subsequent currency processing. Responsible for the collection, sorting, counting and recording of gaming results and the overall operation and maintenance of the Count Room and currency counting equipment.

Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Cage, Vault, Main Bank and Marker Bank. Maintain tracking of coin and currency for Cage, Vaults, Main Bank and Marker Bank on approved logs. Count and verify all cash/coin/ticket transactions in all Cage areas and assist Cage Supervisor with all transactions within the department.
