• Social Catering Manager (Catering/Banquet)

• Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  As an Engineer, you'll be responsible for preforming general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Some categories of maintenance jobs may include but are not limited to any of the following: 

• Restaurant Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  As a bartender you are responsible to provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The server is responsible for fulfilling guest service needs and completion of all tasks related to prep, set-up, service, bussing, table retrieval, breakdown, and side duties.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server represent the highest revenue generating department in the resort, and by this; the banquet server will have a charismatic personality and banqueting experience that encases the best banquet events in Orange County by applying impeccable serving abilities for all our guests. The Banquet Server maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• House Person (Housekeeping)

  The House Person role supports the room attendants and services public areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.

• Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  As an engineer your responsibilities are to maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest areas to maintain an attractive hotel.

• Hostess (Food & Beverage)

  As a Host, you create the first impression with each guest and set the stage for their experience in the restaurant. From communicating accurate wait times to showing them to their tables, hosts are a critical part of the overall guest experience. You are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations.

• Banquet Chef (Catering/Banquet)

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine 

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  The ideal Front Desk Agent candidate will have some previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: As a cook you should be able to accurately and efficiently make hot/cold products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
