• Receiver (Operations)

  We are seeking an organized, positive, and self-motivated Receiver to join our team. The receiver will handle the receiving items in a warehouse or backroom of an organization and ensures that the shipments are inspected. This position’s primary function is to monitor selves to restock as needed and place orders for both inventory and shipping supplies while adhering to the standards set by First Hospitality.

• Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  The Cashier will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.  

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  stir it, shake it, mix it, blend it, pour it, top it, now refill it.

  Restaurant Bartenders provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring beverage service for our restaurant guests.  Thorough knowledge of mixology, the restaurant food and beverage menus, and recommended pairings is critical to success.  Restaurant Bartenders must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.  The primary responsibility of a Restaurant Bartender is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Guest Service Representative (Guest Services)

  Guest Service Representatives are often the first in-person contact for hotel guests and support the realized and unrealized needs of guests throughout the hospitality experience.  Serving as a brand liaison, Guest Service Representatives are engaging, attentive, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.  The primary responsibility of a Guest Service Representative is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute brand service standards, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Engineer 1 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Maintenance Engineers perform an instrumental role in the overall functionality of the hotel facility and system operation.  Engineers tackle routine challenges, preventative maintenance, and respond to guest needs when something isn’t working as it should.  The primary responsibility of a Maintenance Engineer is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, and support of guest and operational needs.

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor is part of the management structure of the Front Office.  He or she will aid the other managers in monitoring the daily operations of the hotel by supporting and supervising all front office operations and staff, oversee hotel availability, room inventory and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items .  Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests’ challenges. The primary responsibility of a Night Auditor is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute brand service standards, resolve challenges, ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Shuttle Driver (Transportation)

  The hotel shuttle driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests to and from specified destinations.  Ensuring up-to-date vehicle maintenance and operation is a critical element of the role.  Effective hotel shuttle drivers will have a track record of safe vehicle operation, easily engage in conversation with guests, and have strong organization and time management skills.

• Complex Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  The Complex Director of Sales drives revenue generation through aggressive goal setting, team motivation, and proven sales strategies at our dual branded hotel.  They support client needs throughout the process, and book repeat business by exceeding client expectations.  Keen understanding of market trends, intuitive networking, and adept negotiation skills are necessary for success as a Complex Director of Sales.  The primary role of the Complex Director of Sales is to lead both hotels' profitability through an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan, motivate the sales team to exceed targets, and achieve revenue and market share goals.

• Breakfast Host (Food & Beverage)

  Breakfast Hosts provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring buffet and tableside service for our breakfast guests.  Breakfast Hosts must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging and service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.  The primary responsibility of a Breakfast Host is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, resolve challenges, uphold food safety standards, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Restaurant Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen operation, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of all prep-, dish-, and bar-ware.  Dishwashers must be highly organized, efficient, and have a great attention to detail.

• Director of Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  The Director of Food & Beverage performs a critical role on the hotel's team and is directly responsible for oversight, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet operations.  Leading an employee- and customer-centric culture, the Director of Food & Beverage promotes growth, empowerment, productivity, quality, diversity, and team achievement.  The Director of Food & Beverage supports strategic planning and execution of initiatives within the F&B department and across the entire property.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Room Attendants make a long-lasting impression and greatly influence the total guest experience.  Cleaning each hotel guest room and public area to brand standard ensures a welcome and relaxing environment for our guests while they’re away from home.  Room Attendants create beautiful spaces and have great attention to detail, making sure each element of the room is prepared for guest arrival or return.  The primary responsibility of a Room Attendant is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests, and work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges.
