• Pastry Cook (Banquet) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for providing support to the Pastry Chef while preparing quality pastry items, such as breakfast items, desserts, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, display/centerpieces and special request items, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Food Server (Upper Deck) (Food & Beverage)

  This position provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a casino environment by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Front Desk Shift Supervisor (Guest Services)

  This position has leadership and responsibilities for the Front Desk operations and staff. Ensures all guest service agents are providing exceptional guest services and performing the primary duties of check in/out to the expected standards while actively participating in those duties. This position will serve as the main point of contact to handle guest issues and challenges during their shift.

• Maintenance Mechanic II (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe casino environment for guests and team members, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Technician-HVAC (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for maintaining the proper operation of all heating and refrigeration systems throughout the enterprise, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Carpet & Hard Floor Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for cleaning the carpets and hard floor areas within the casino facilities.

• Security Officer (Security)

  This position is responsible for the protection of the enterprise, its assets, employees and guests, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Security Dispatcher (Security)

  This position performs duties and responsibilities relative to recording and communicating information resulting from incidents and observations that daily to ensure safeguarding of all enterprise assets, both physical and fiscal, and to provide a safe environment for employees and guests, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Corporate Gaming Compliance & Technology Manager (Technology/IT)

  This position is responsible for developing, submitting, and managing all Corporate Gaming related projects to ensure compliance prior to and after project execution. Oversees and ensures that all Slot machine software and Slot master data is in compliance and within set parameters. This position works closely with the Tribal Gaming Office to resolve issues and interfaces with Slot machine manufacturers' gaming compliance regarding game software, new technologies, and/or other any other areas, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Event Manager (Meetings/Events)

  This position is responsible for assisting and coordinating outside sales and marketing functions for the Catering Department by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position participates in the detail and completion of the maintenance of the casino including sweeping, mopping, cleaning and organizing food and hospitality areas. This team member may assist with banquet set-up relating to the set-up of tables, chairs, and other preparations related to catering and food service by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position performs any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel common areas, ballrooms, conference rooms and/or sleeping rooms in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, halls, common areas and vacuuming.
