Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations. Recommends the Engineering budget, business plan, capital expenditures and manages within approved plans and objectives.
Responsible for the creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts while working closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to adhere to the hotels high standards of quality.

Enliven the Westmont Standards within the Department and the hotel. Support all Corporate and hotel initiatives as needed.
To supervise, direct, assist, and assure the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons in guest rooms, corridors and public spaces to maintain Driftwoods high standards of cleanliness.
Lead Culinary team to consistently execute at a high level, develop, and implement creative menus for outlets and catering focusing on driving revenues, using local and seasonal inspired items when appropriate, create thoughtful presentations showcasing foods. Develop and mentor kitchen team, oversee all kitchen operations that include procurement, production, preparation, and presentation, develop recipes and cost controls, plating specifications, line checks, production schedules, cleaning duties for the hotels in a safe and sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
