The Banquet Sous Chef will be responsible for creative and exciting banquet menu items, both appetizing and visually appealing. Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas and assists room attendants in order to maintain Langham and Forbes standards of quality. Assist colleagues whenever they are in need of help.
Transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware to provide Culinary and front of house Food and Beverage departments with appropriate equipment for guests’ dining experience. The Steward position also requires cleaning of kitchen and Stewarding areas.
