• Sauté Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Seeking a talented, experienced Saute Cook for The 1540 Room, the fine dining outlet of The Desoto Savannah. Mainly you will be at this specific station with expectations of knowing all other stations as well.

  BASIC FUNCTION: Preparing, cooking, plating, garnishing food, and following par sheets and recipes.

• Banquets Supervisor (Catering/Banquet)

  Bring your banquet leadership and experience to our amazing banquet staff at The Desoto, OTH's Hotel of the Year! $25 - $30 per hour on average! We are going to be busy, busy, busy in 2025!

  The AM Position will require you to be the point of contact for cooperate functions and meetings.

• Banquet Chef (Catering/Banquet)

  The historic DeSoto Hotel in downtown Savannah is looking for one amazing, talented Banquet Chef!

  BASIC FUNCTION: The Banquet Chef is responsible for all food and beverage preparation for the functions scheduled in the property.
