• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Often the first and last contact for our guests, the front desk agent is a critical link to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing registration and check-out, anticipating guest needs and meeting or exceeding those needs, responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.

• Hair Stylist (Spa)

  Position Overview: As a Hair Stylist at The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skill in a luxurious and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of hairstyling techniques, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have a passion for staying current with industry trends.

• Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB SUMMARY: Performs general maintenance work of the Hotel, Lodge, and grounds to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met. Completes work orders and performs preventative maintenance assignments.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Supports the Director of Housekeeping in supervising housekeeping operations to include rooms, public areas, and back of the house areas to achieve and maintain the hotel’s high standard of cleanliness with the day-to-day activities in the housekeeping and laundry departments. Ensure guests of the hotel are treated fairly and consistently in a timely manner, receiving high quality, personalized service.

• Lobby Attendant (Housekeeping)

   Cleans hotel guest public areas, offices public restrooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Open position for PM Position

• Loss & Prevention Security Officer (Security)

  Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Spa Attendant (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant is responsible for enhancing the guest experience throughout the guest visit to the spa. The attendant will:

• Host / Hostess (Food & Beverage)

  Warmly greets guests to Gallery Restaurant to ensure a welcoming and inviting environment for guests to dine. Seats guests, establishes rapport, and assists with restaurant service during busy periods. Follows all Forbes and brand standards.

• Internship Cook 1 (Internships)

  JOB SUMMARY: Prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. 

• Nail Technician (Spa)

• Banquet Server (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Banquet Server is responsible for the set-up and serving of food and beverages to guests at all banquet functions, according to the hotel standards.
