Greet guests with a warm welcome at hotel entrance and provide services related to the transportation and storage of luggage and provide other guest services.
Responsible for servicing the guests’ needs and maintaining the cleanliness of beach, pools, and health clubs in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Provide ongoing communication between the clients, other internal departments, and the sales/catering office ensuring all operational standards and overall guest satisfaction is met.
Assist in the oversight of all food and beverage functions and outlets ensuring the division meets established financial and other goals while ensuring the department operates in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Supervise and direct the financial activities of the hotel, safeguard the assets, and prepare financial reports in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Prepare food items according to recipes and standards, taking pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.
