• Director of Purchasing and Procurement (Operations)

  Under the supervision of the Director of Finance (DOF) or designee the Director of Purchasing is responsible for ensuring that the property has the goods and services it needs when it needs them at a reasonable cost and that these goods and services are procured in accordance with all appropriate purchasing practices as outlined by Management. This role will provide daily management and supervision of purchasing operations ensuring performance indicators are met appropriate and consistent interpretation of compliance with policies and procedures. Oral and written instructions are received from the Director of Finance (DOF) or designee but this individual will oversee all procurement functions of the property including the planning research communication personnel supervision record-keeping contracted services management and other related activities.

• Banquets Server (Catering/Banquet)

  A Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

• Information Technology Technician (Technology/IT)

  The position of an IT support technician includes working with the end-user infrastructure support and maintenance. Individuals in this role should demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills good typing speed (50 words per minute and more) and the ability to troubleshoot multifaceted problems in a systematic manner.

• Kitchen Maintenance Engineer (Graveyard) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.  He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

• Kitchen Maintenance Engineer (Graveyard) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned.   A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

• Engineer Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Engineer Manager is responsible for ensuring proper operations maintenance service and repair of all equipment while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction cost control and profitability. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
