• Accounting Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the accounts payable/accounts receivable functions at the hotel as applicable; ensuring invoices are received and/or processed on a timely basis responsible for handling all the hotel deposits in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality Standards. In addition The Accounting Clerk also assists the Property Accountant with the administration of the Accounting area including Accounts Payable Human Resources and Payroll.

• Assistant Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  The Queen Mary is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join our team. The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient processing of accounting related information according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. 

• Senior Catering Sales Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  The Senior Catering Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/banquet goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts as well as servicing clients/groups where applicable. The Senior Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Catering Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Queen Mary is looking for a dynamic Executive Chef to join and lead our culinary team. This role is responsible for the entire ship's culinary program including multiple restaurant outlets, associate cafeteria, and banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. Responsible for menu planning, recipe creation, food ordering, food production, food and labor cost, storage, and sanitation, labor staffing and scheduling. Directs the hiring, training and supervision of all food production. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

• Catering Coordinator (Catering/Banquet)

  The Catering Coordinator is responsible for articulating and negotiating all details related to scheduled meetings/events requested at the hotel including event specifications and payment. It is the responsibility of this role to work closely with clients on details pertaining to menus set up sleeping rooms and up-sells where possible. 

• Food & Beverage Purchase & Receiving Clerk (Operations)

  The F&B Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all food beverage and non-food deliveries are received inspected and coincide with an approved purchase order; log all incoming/outgoing guest packages; maintaining an effective filing system for purchase orders and delivery status; conduct inventories on all storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies for the hotel in the absence of purchaser; and promptly review and fill all department requisitions.

• Engineer Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Engineer Manager is responsible for ensuring proper operations maintenance service and repair of all equipment while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction cost control and profitability. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Food & Beverage Purchase & Receiving Clerk (Operations)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.  He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

• Hotel Engineer (Swing Shift) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned.   The HVAC Engineer is accountable for the smooth operation and functioning of all heating ventilating and air conditioning systems in the hotel as well as repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

• Director Information Technology (Technology/IT)

  The Director Information Technology is responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction to help desk support on-property teams as well as researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. This individual will work to execute IT initiatives as well as collaboratively with the on-property leadership team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
