This position is responsible for the overall renovation, planned maintenance of electrical components, including motors, controllers, light control system, and LV distribution on assigned properties and grounds.
This position primary responsible is for the overall maintenance, repair, and installation of all HVACR systems throughout the cooperation. Secondary responsibilities include but aren't limited to the maintenance and repairs of plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. Provide competent HVACR technical services, as relate to the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC equipment.
