Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards.
Perform general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment in the pool/beach area according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage hotel front office operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.
The Moxy South Beach is seeking a new General Manager to lead the team. The General Manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
