Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort, Golf and Marina is hiring a Sales Manager!
Being the Executive Sous Chef at a Concord Hospitality property means having fun on a daily basis! This is a complex role, you will be overseeing several outlets and managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation and presentation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with sanitation and health regulation standards. Also, the Executive Sous Chef will coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus while maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
