  Position Summary:The Bartender at Buds Bar, located within La Playa Hotel, is responsible for crafting cocktails, providing excellent service, and creating a memorable bar experience for our guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, outstanding hospitality skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale environment. The Bartender will contribute to the ambiance of Buds Bar, ensuring that guests have a comfortable, enjoyable experience that reflects the luxury and charm of La Playa Hotel.

• Lead Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide a HEARTfelt experience for our group and social guests by joining our banquet team and with professionalism, respect, and service savvy. Our banquet culinary and service team are amazing and The Scott is a wonderful place to work BEyond Expectations!

  The Lead Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Dishwasher - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Busperson is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, stocking and replenishing service stations as well as assisting service staff in serving of guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Marketplace Cafe Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista is responsible for selling food and beverage to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in guest satisfaction.

• Group Housing & Billing Manager (Sales & Marketing)

(2) Assume a Supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks. (3) Daily, Weekly and Monthly Ordering and execute a monthly inventory.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club / F&B Supervisor will assist the Food & Beverage leadership team with two points of emphasis (1) train and coach peers, lead the team towards meeting and exceeding restaurant standards in the areas of guest service, sales goals, product knowledge and front of the house operations, and (2) assume a supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks when asked by management to do so.

• Sales and Catering Assistant (Sales & Marketing)

  Perform administrative functions in support of the Sales, Catering and Event Management Team in an effort to provide timely and accurate service to internal departments and external customers.

• Line Cook (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)
