Asset maintenance and brand compliance are required as our portfolio tends to affiliate with major brands including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, and operates within the full service, lifestyle, and select service segments.

• Director of Operational Accounting (Finance/Accounting)

  We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to lead our field accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with hotel operations, PMS and POS systems, and a centralized corporate accounting environment within the hospitality industry.  This role will be pivotal in implementing and providing training in property-level accounting processes.  This role requires expertise in hotel PMS/POS platforms, USALI, and GAAP, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate challenges and improve processes.  Travel up to 50% may be required.
