The Banquet Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.
The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders, serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements, and coordinating lounge/bar activities.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquet sales revenues to exceed budget. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks, and sometimes accept payments primarily during the PM hours. May perform additional duties, which may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at counters, setting up and clearing tables, or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.
The objective of the Valet Attendant is to ensure the safety of all guest vehicles at all times, to provide/perform superior guest service (internal and external), and to ensure the efficient delivery of guest vehicles. Attendants will also ensure and be accountable for all Dispatch/computer related key entry, proper handling of guest keys, and to accurately detail all information relating to the number of guest vehicles in valet. Lastly, to help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of guests entering and exiting valet.

The Front Desk Agent is the shining star of our guest experience, mastering the art of customer service and communication to create a seamless and inviting stay for all our guests. This pivotal role not only manages guest interactions but also keeps the front desk running like a well-oiled machine.
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).
The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing Team and ensuring they have the tools, supplies and resources they need to deliver exemplary service.
The Room Reservationist is responsible for handling reservations in a friendly and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

The Licensed Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
Supervise valet attendants, key booth attendants, doorman and luggage attendants, deal with guest complaints, competently organize the valet port, park guests vehicles, bring guests vehicles down from garage, help guests with luggage and drive guests to and from the oversize lot.
