This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team of a premier property and shape the guest experience through creative and diverse recreational offerings.
As the Director of Recreation, you will oversee all aspects of our recreation operations, including pools, fitness centers, kid’s programming, outdoor activities, and special events. You will be responsible for crafting and executing recreational programs that reflect the Conrad brand's commitment to luxury, innovation, and sustainability, while enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency.
What will I be doing?
As a Director of Recreation, you would be responsible for directing and organizing all activities and services related to Recreation services, programs and events in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
