Banquet Cook

We are looking for passionate and talented Banquet Cooks to join our team for the bustling holiday season (October through January). In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes for banquets, events, and special occasions, ensuring each guest has a flawless dining experience. There is potential to join the team permanently after the season!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook banquet menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down kitchen stations for events.
• Work alongside the Banquet Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional culinary creations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all banquet menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth service for all events.
• Flexibility to assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a banquet cook or in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for food and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
