Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, organized, and professional PM Hosts to join our team at The Eagle's Nest. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and seating them warmly while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all guests and seat them in a manner that ensures a smooth rotation for servers.
• Ensure all tables are properly set and ready before seating guests.
• Maintain a seating chart and keep track of available tables to assist with seating flow.
• Present menus to guests, explain any specials, and answer questions about the restaurant and hotel facilities.
• Answer phone calls professionally, taking reservations or responding to guest inquiries.
• Follow proper cash handling and room charge procedures for guest payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized service podium throughout the shift.
• Assist with special seating requests and accommodate guests with accessibility needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure all menus are clean and presentable at the start of each shift.
• Maintain an inventory of essential supplies needed for hosting duties.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities, including locations, operating hours, and special services, to assist guests with any inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Experience: Previous cash handling experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Abilities: Capable of handling cash transactions, answering phones, and multitasking in a busy environment.

Physical Guidelines:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.

Work Hours:

• Evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required for this position.
