• Carpenter I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB PURPOSE: Performs general to skilled carpentry work in the construction, remodeling, alteration and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, wood fixtures, cabinets, and furniture in accordance with standard trade practices.

• Construction Superintendent (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB PURPOSE:     Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; oversees sub-contractors and supervises staff

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for performing complex cashiering functions that support the Isleta Resort and Casino’s gaming operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for the documentation and recording of all transactions that occur in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault during their assigned shift; performs reconciliation to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all monies received and distributed   while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests.

• Heavy Duty Cleaning (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning of the Isleta Resort and Casino.  These duties include floor stripping/refinishing, carpet cleaning, and extraction; this also includes the Spa areas.  Heavy Duty Technicians are responsible for areas that may not necessarily be maintained by the Custodial Porters.  This responsibility is extended primarily to the exterior perimeter of the building extending 10’ to 20’ out and including the compactor area.  All other exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the Isleta Resort and Casino are the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.

• Assistant Manager (Convenience Store) (Sales & Marketing)

  The Assistant Manager assumes a pivotal role as a trusted aide to the Store Manager, providing essential support to Shift Leaders, Sales Associates, and Maintenance Technicians in the seamless execution of daily business operations across both store locations. Responsibilities encompass supervisory duties, training initiatives for team members, meticulous scheduling, and proficient management of inventory, sales, and organizational assets. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is entrusted with upholding superior service standards for both customers and staff members alike. In the absence of the Store Manager, they assume full responsibility for the efficient management and operation of both stores.

• Revenue Auditor II (Revenue Management)

  Responsible for performing Level One and Level Two audits.  Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.  Ensures the integrity of the Isleta Resort and Casino’s Level One and Level Two audits, revenue, and related data while adhering to all applicable Tribal, Federal, State, and Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory regulations, standards, and requirements.

• Sous Chef (Edr) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Directly supports the Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef. Responsible for the preparation of all food products for the Isleta Resort and Casino venues while ensuring all specifications and standards are satisfied. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day Culinary and Stewarding Department’s operations, personnel, customer service, fiscal management, and administration while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Actively exercises managerial responsibility for all department internal controls and regulatory requirements. Ensures employee compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Resort and Casino regulations.

• Compensation & Benefits Coordinator (Human Resources)

  The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable employee rewards. This role involves assisting with salary structures, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, compliance with labor laws, and responding to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

• Players Club Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for greeting and responding to guests’ inquiries regarding to, but not limited to, current, ongoing, and upcoming promotions, special events, and entertainment.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Responsible for all guests needs or requests including checking-in and checking-out guests while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.   

• Table Games Floor Supervisor (Table Games)

  Responsible for the monitoring, oversight, and administering of the day-to-day Table Games operations, to include but not limited to, conducting Poker derivative, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, and Roulette games while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.

• Homeownership Counselor (Sales & Marketing)

  JOB PURPOSE: Provides counseling to home buyers.  Conducts move in and out inspections.  Conducts annual recertification of income of home buyer units.  Maintains waiting list and home buyer files.  

• Laborer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  JOB PURPOSE: Provides manual labor assistance to Construction Foreman, Carpenters, and Maintenance personnel with the minor renovations, construction, installation and repair performed on homeownership units, tribal buildings and rental housing units. 

• Banquet Captain (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the day-to-day Banquet operations while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Ensures department is properly staffed and motivated to exceed the Isleta Resort and Casino’s goals and objectives. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations, while maintaining and enforcing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s rules of play.
