• Director of Rooms Operation (Rooms Division)

  The Director of Rooms Operation is responsible for the overall operation of the front office and housekeeping.  Director of Rooms Operation help set the culture of the workplace with an unwavering emphasis on guest satisfaction and associate performance.  Tasked with cultivating a best-in-class team, theDirector of Rooms Operation works closely with the hotel team on hiring, training, and retention efforts.  Additionally, the Director of Rooms Operation assists management of hotel profitability though effective resource utilization.  Successful Director of Rooms Operation will lead a well-functioning hotel operation, meet revenue budgets, proactively address guest concerns, inspire associates to deliver on expectations, and promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all hotel guests and associates.

• Restaurant General Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant General Manager performs a critical role on the hotel's team and is directly responsible for oversight, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet operations.  Leading an employee- and customer-centric culture, the Restaurant General Manager promotes growth, empowerment, productivity, quality, diversity, and team achievement.  The  Restaurant General Manager supports strategic planning and execution of initiatives within the F&B department and across the entire property.

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor is part of the management structure of the Front Office.  He or she will aid the other managers in monitoring the daily operations of the hotel by supporting and supervising all front office operations and staff, oversee hotel availability, room inventory and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Front Desk Manager / Guest Services Manager (Guest Services)
