• IT Supervisor (Technology/IT)

  An ITSupervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

• Pastry commis (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Pastry commis will support the Chefs and kitchen brigade to deliver great food and ensure food production meets the highest standards.

• Lifeguard (Recreation/Entertainment)

  A Lifeguard is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of swimmers to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuing swimmers are adhering to pool rules and regulations.

• Waiter/ess (Server) (Food & Beverage)

  A Waiter/ess (Server) is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Steward carries out general cleaning duties and the operation of pot-washing and dishware machineries to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring all back of house areas are kept clean and safety guidelines are observed.

• Security Officer (Security)

  A Security Officer patrols, monitors, and observes security procedures to ensure a safe Guest and Member experience while investigating theft and managing instances of undesirable behaviour.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  A Maintenance Operative will support the Engineering Department with general maintenance work, to maintain proper conditions of tools, equipment, and working areas throughout the hotel.
