• Operations Supervisor (Operations)

  The Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, with a focus on check-in and check-out services and guest requests. This role also includes supervisory responsibilities for Food and Beverage Outlets and Public Attendants when serving as Manager on Duty (MOD). The position ensures smooth daily operations, maintains high service standards, and promotes a positive heartfelt experience across all supervised areas.

• Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  High Country Motor Lodge (HCML) is seeking a Chief Engineer to help lead our maintenance operation along-side the property's General Manager and Ownership. This role will be key in helping to support our company's purpose of providing 'genuine hospitality' to each and every guest every day.

  High Country Motor Lodge is looking for an experienced, hands-on Chief Engineer to lead our small engineering team. In this key role, they will be responsible for overseeing all facility operations and ensuring our lifestyle boutique hotel provides a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment for guests and associates.
