The Marketing Associate will assist with coordination and managing the development, production, and implementation of marketing tactics, strategies and related projects associated with the portfolio’s revenue and marketing objectives. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and supports a team of eCommerce and Marketing leaders on the day to day management and execution of eCommerce and Marketing tactics, strategies, and promotions.

Supervises the Sales & Use Tax accountant team; oversee and reviews the tax reconciliation processes; enforce the processes and policies of the Sales & Use Tax department in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Manage and direct the activities of the regional accounting team with the main objective of preparing timely and accurate accounting records and financial statements for the managed properties in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and established standards.
Manage accounting activities for a group of hotels preparing journal entries, detailed reports, account reconciliations, and other accounting functions in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Complete, file and ensure timely, accurate and appropriate payments are made in relation to the sales, use and occupancy taxes for the managed properties and HHMLP.
