  Under general direction from the Cage Supervisor, Lead Cage Supervisor and/or Cage Manager, safeguards the assets of the casino by executing monetary transactions for guests in an accurate, professional and courteous manner and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.

  Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of IT, responsible for providing effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and network infrastructure in the Virtual Environment. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• IT Technician (Technology/IT)

  Under general direction of the Technical lead and/or Director of IT, responsible for installation and maintenance of the software, hardware and related peripherals while ensuring optimal system performance. Provides hardware and software support for users according to established policies and procedures in a timely, professional and accurate manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Security Officer (Security)

• Slot Supervisor (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under general direction of the Slot Tech Manager and/or Director of the Slot Operations, accomplishes the objectives of the slot department by supervising and overseeing slot and Bingo operations. Ensures slots operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and operations are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
