The Task Force Food & Beverage Director reports to Corporate Director of Culinary & Beverage. While working on property will work directly with the Property General Manager, when on property will report on the day to day operations to the General Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to collaborating with menu planning and development if directed, productivity, shift coverage, menu cost controls, implementing FH process, learning and understanding FH programs and utilizing them as they are intended, and ordering processes to ensure production meets business levels. It is critical that you possess a background and basic knowledge of the food & beverage industry related to the F+B concept(s) for the hotel. This position should be filled by someone who posses problem solving and solution skills.
