The Valet Guest Experience Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by seamlessly integrating the responsibilities of a valet, bellhop, and concierge. This multi-faceted position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, possesses knowledge of the local area and thrives in a guest-centered hospitality environment. The Hotel Ambassador is the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay through personalized service, attentiveness, and a welcoming demeanor.
The Surveillance Observer is responsible for surveillance of the casino including operating and maintaining CCTV systems, monitoring for deviations from Tribal-State Compact regulations and department procedure manuals, observing for any criminal activity and safety hazards in and around the casino property, and maintaining video files. Cooperates with Security and department heads to ensure property assets are protected at all times, completes accurate and timely reports on all incidents while supporting the casinos goal of providing superior guest service. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Patron Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees or guests to and from the casino in a timely manner utilizing casino shuttles and providing superior guest service. Duties include ensuring that the casino shuttle buses are clean and presentable at all times and reporting incidents and safety hazards to department manager as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provideing relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assisting with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Senior Facilities Shift Manager supervises and oversees the maintenance of casino building, interior spaces and grounds at the hotel location during assigned shift.
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our casino while dealing various table games. Duties include welcoming guests to the table, handling buy-ins and payoff transactions and dealing assigned table games while adhering to the established department policies and procedures. Effectively communicates with managers and staff, verifies fills, credits and chip amounts issued and notifies floor supervisors of any game irregularities with regards to transactions or customer play. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Line Cook is responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner to order. Additional duties include assisting with prep work, handles routine daily cleaning, trains new line staff and assists with scheduling. Contributes to the casino’s high standards of superior guest service and performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Deli Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino guests while performing duties at the deli counter. Responsibilities include serving hot and cold beverages, preparing and serving food, handling inventory, and stocking counters, display coolers, the sandwich bar, and the steam table neatly and according to holding requirements. The Deli Attendant ensures all display equipment remains neat, clean, and free of debris during business hours, while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed. Additional job duties may be assigned by the department manager.
