The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our casino while dealing various table games. Duties include welcoming guests to the table, handling buy-ins and payoff transactions and dealing assigned table games while adhering to the established department policies and procedures. Effectively communicates with managers and staff, verifies fills, credits and chip amounts issued and notifies floor supervisors of any game irregularities with regards to transactions or customer play. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The IT Project Assistant supports the entire project life cycle, assisting with the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of IT-related projects. Responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, tracking schedules, monitoring milestones, and ensuring procurement needs are met. This role coordinates with vendors, develops project plans, communicates progress, and assists in creating status reports. Additionally, the IT Project Assistant helps allocate staffing resources, resolve project issues, and develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as needed. By supporting training programs for end users, this role ensures successful project implementation and smooth IT operations.
The IT Technician Level II is responsible for promoting the casinos high standards of guest service while providing IT Help Desk calls and emergency on-call support when needed. Duties include installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all gaming, voice, data and wiring needs, provides end user software and hardware troubleshooting support, ensures proper installation of software and configuration of gaming equipment and assists with all other installations related to phones, audio/video and gaming equipment. Performs regular inspections and maintenance for data rooms including switches, connections and related equipment and performs upgrades and new system builds. Performs additional job related duties as assigned by the department manager.
The purpose of the Tribal Lottery Lead Technician position is to perform journey level service, maintenance, repair, and modification work to all of the gaming equipment and related components of TL equipment and provide direction, assistance, and training to other TL staff. Diagnoses and repairs gaming equipment, performs maintenance on player terminals and kiosks, and maintains inventory and service records.
The Extra Board Hostess/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the casino restaurants while providing exceptional guest service. Additional duties include maintaining reservations, assigning tables to service staff, calculating daily receipts, finding suitable seating for guests and keeping the hostess area stocked and cleaned at all time. Performs additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Extra Board (on-call) Deli Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino guests while performing duties at the deli counter. Duties include serving hot and cold beverages, preparing and serving food, handling inventory, stocking counters, display coolers, sandwich bar and steam table neatly and according to holding requirements. Keeps all display equipment neat, clean and free of debris during business hours while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
