• Guest Services Agent (Guest Services)

  The Embassy Suites Los Angeles International Airport South is currently hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Guest Services Agent. This role is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, checks guest out of the hotel, resolves guest challenges throughout their stay, upgrades guests as required, promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Guest Services Manager (EXEMPT) (General Manager)

  The Embassy Suites Los Angeles International Airport South is currently hiring an experienced and energetic Guest Services Manager/Manager on Duty for the Swing/PM shift. This role is responsible for the overall operation of the entire hotel during the Swing/PM shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Has the full hotel authority in the absence of the General Manager. Makes decisions affecting the overall guest satisfaction, as well as the safety of the hotel, its team members and guests. Directly manages all Swing/PM shift team members.

This role is responsible for the preparation and delivery of the complimentary breakfast to hotel guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Complex Senior Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Embassy Suites Los Angeles South and Embassy Suites Los Angeles Downey are currently hiring a Complex Senior Sales Manager. This role serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers who need to rent rooms, meeting space, food and beverage service, etc. Responds to sales inquiries, initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients, entertains clients, conducts site visits and answers questions, determines rates, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, services accounts and analyzes lost business for the hotel/s. Develops sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals. Works with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers.
