The Front Desk Agent - performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. The Front Desk Agent will check guests in and out, make room reservations, and track and report room statuses and rates. The Front Desk Agent must also be available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service.
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all hotel equipment including kitchen, plumbing, pool, HVAC, boiler, work areas and guest rooms. The Engineer will use communication and guest service skills to interact with guests and respond to all room calls as necessary. To keep everything in order, the Engineer will maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and Request Program. To succeed in this position, you should be able to stand for periods of 8-10 hours, be able to bend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space and be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English. While not required, HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience is preferred.

Also works as a front desk agent during shift as needed. - Guest service agent - Responsible for all guest service functions, responsible for maintaining bell station, greeting guests, handling guest luggage, providing directions, assisting the front desk in answering phones and delivering items to guest rooms, checking in and checking out.
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl and other food items prepared on the front-line station.
