Under direct supervision of the Employee Relations Manager, is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures directly and indirectly related to Employee Relations. Assists with the administration of the drug-free workplace drug testing program, including record keeping and provider relations. Extensive interaction with departmental supervisors, managers, team members and public is required.

Under direct supervision of the Marketing Database Manager, is responsible for supporting and maintaining the execution and implementation of database strategies to maintain the security, integrity and precision of the database as it relates to all player reinvestment activities. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the Lead Multi-Media Artist, designs and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs as well as creates art and copy layouts for material to be presented by other visual communications media.
Under direct supervision of the Players Club Manager, oversees the shift operations of the Player’s Club. Players Club Shift Supervisor, elevates the level of guest service for the casino by raising the level of awareness for all specials, promotions, assisting guests in the Rewards Center and/or any other area designated by Players Club Manager or Director of Casino Marketing.
Under the direct supervision of the Slot Shift Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day slot operations on an assigned shift. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by example on a daily basis and actively promote enterprise events to our guests.
Under direct supervision of the Sous Chef, provides supervision and coaching to all Food & Beverage staff. Assists in all menu creation, labor control, and food cost control, scheduling, ordering and procurement of food/product and daily operations of all food venues. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.
