• Spa Supervisor (Spa)

  JOB OVERVIEW: To assist the Spa Manager in providing leadership, direction and supervision of the staff in the daily operations of the spa (including but not limited to) retail, membership, salon, fitness programs. Assists in overseeing the coordination of all guest requests, provides suggestions to budgeting, forecasting, as well as salon product inventory and ordering. Handles all group bookings and brides/bridal parties.

The resort comprises a mix use of hotel offerings for luxury, full and select service and historic housing that incorporates 790 rooms. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial success across all Rooms-related functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge operations.

• Apprentice Tinsmith (Engineering/Maintenance)

  An apprentice supports the Education and Preservation Mission of Historic Trades and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation by learning and demonstrating the hand skills required to manufacture traditional work of the colonial period. The Apprentice will research primary and secondary 18th-century sources and object-based study. The Apprentice will work with artisans of various trades, historians, curators, and conservators to better understand a specific trade. The Apprentice will preserve and perpetuate the trade skills by providing a pro-active interpretation of the work, the state of technology, and the diverse people who populated and produced such work in the 18th century.
