• Kitchen Mechanic (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas kitchen equipment and appliances.

• Pastry Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare pastries and baked goods according to recipes and standards. Take pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Purchasing Coordinator (Operations)

  An opportunity for a detail oriented individual to work within our purchasing department, primarily responsible for performing purchasing functions to ensure the purchases of products specified in purchasing orders, while doing so according established standards and procedures. • Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Room Service Server (Food & Beverage)

  Set up, deliver, and retrieve food and beverage orders to/from guest rooms and hospitality suites in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
