• Director of Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

This role combines relationship building, event curation, marketing strategy, and brand collaboration, making it an integral part of Donna Mare Italian Chophouse’s mission to build community around our restaurant and deliver unparalleled guest experiences.

  Manage hotel front office operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Payroll Coordinator (Finance/Accounting)

  The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the overall payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation payments are distributed, while maintaining confidentiality of information.

• Accounting Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  Verify, obtain approvals and pay invoices; bill and collect outstanding revenue in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Assistant Food & Beverage Director (Food & Beverage)

  Assist in the oversight of all food and beverage functions and outlets ensuring the division meets established financial and other goals while ensuring the department operates in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
