The Cook III is responsible for supervising the preparation of all food items for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet, Cafe, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.

Assist Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions, as directed by the Director of Sales.
Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
The Concierge is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure. The main focus is to engage every guest in conversation and recognition, as well as resolve any guest issues immediately. The concierge is available to answer any guest inquires regarding the city, events, and attractions. This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van, as needed.
The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of Marketing including advertising, website, agency management and collateral production for a select portfolio of hotels and restaurants. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Professional position is to drive interest in the company’s products, services, and brand. Marketing Professionals develop market strategy, create content, and coordinate with regional locations during marketing campaigns. A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within, to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.
The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for proactively prospecting, facilitating, and closing group and catering business opportunities as well as event execution for their assigned hotel(s). The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF).
