As the local, on-property sales contact for customers, the Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling all revenue-related opportunities in multiple markets (SMERF, Corporate Group, and Business Travel). Actively upsells each business opportunity to maximize all revenue opportunities. Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals for the hotel. Ensures business is turned over properly and timely manner for proper service delivery.
Balance room, restaurant, and bar daily work. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next-day operations. Also works as a front desk agent during a shift as needed.
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared on the front line station.
